The USCIS project was a 18,000 sf build to suit office building within a developed office complex in southwest Reno. The project achieved a LEED silver certification. Venture Engineering was retained by the project developer to provide full site civil design and Leed Civil services in coordination with the architectural design team managed by Bob Degrasse, AIA out of Modesto, CA.
